​We follow each child’s individual schedule based on our parent’s needs and requirements. Staff record the infant’s eating, sleeping, diapering and any other information on a daily sheet given to the parents. Our program includes indoor and outdoor learning experiences, sensory, art and exploration of their environment.
​Our toddler room follows a flexible schedule, while also having scheduled meal times and nap time. The toddlers participate in indoor and outdoor play, sensory, art, science exploration and dramatic play experiences. In this room the teachers plan activities and base their schedule on the toddler’s interests. Staff record each child’s eating, sleeping and comments about their day.
Our Toddler 2 room also follows a flexible schedule based on the children's needs, while also having scheduled meal times and nap time. The toddlers participate in indoor and outdoor play, sensory, art, science exploration and dramatic play experiences. In this room, the teachers plan activities based on their interests and encourage self-help skills to prepare them for the preschool room. Staff record each child's day, sleeping and notes about their day.
Our Preschool 1 room follows a flexible schedule, while also having scheduled meal times and nap time. The preschoolers participate in indoor and outdoor play, sensory, art, science exploration and dramatic play experiences. In this room the teachers plan activities and base their schedule on the preschooler’s interests. Throughout the year, the preschoolers become familiar with colours, shapes, letters and numbers. They also develop their fine motor skills. Staff record each child’s eating, sleeping and comments about their day.
Our Preschool 2 room follows a flexible schedule, while also having scheduled meal times and nap time. The preschoolers participate in indoor and outdoor play, sensory, art, science exploration and dramatic play experiences. In this room the teachers plan activities and base their schedule on the preschooler’s interests. Throughout the year, the preschoolers participate in activities that develops their understanding of colours, shapes, letters and numbers. They also practice their fine motor skills, problem-solving skills and self-regulation. Staff record each child’s eating, sleeping and comments about their day.
We provide before & after school care as well as offering full day care on non-instructional days. We accept children attending Phillip Coffey Catholic School & DR. C.F Cannon Public School in our before & after school programs. Children aged 3.5-6 follow our kindergarten ratio/schedule. The children participate in daily activities based on their interests. They practice writing, reading and develop their fine and gross motor skills. The children participate in group games, indoor/outdoor play, science exploration, sensory, art and dramatic play experiences. Children aged 7-12 follow our school age ratio/schedule. We have many planned activities based on the children’s interests. The children are also independent in creating their own activities and participate in games with rules, reading/writing, creating/observing science activities, indoor/outdoor play, sensory, art and dramatic play experiences.
